The Base Fabric
BDD is our workhorse print base: a plump 3D bubble knit with a silky cool touch, engineered so digitally printed colour stays bright while the raised texture gives finished products a premium, quilted look. The white colourway is the printing canvas; yarn-dyed colourways (like the blue pinstripe below) are available for plain programs.

Send print-ready artwork (you hold the rights) or adapt a design from our open pattern library — a few house patterns below. Because printing is digital there are no screens or plates: small runs, multi-design collections and seasonal refreshes are all practical.

What is the MOQ per printed design?
Far lower than rotary printing — digital printing needs no plates. Tell us your design count and quantities and we confirm MOQ within 24 business hours.
Does the print survive washing, and does it stay cool?
Dye-sublimation bonds dye into the polyester fibre — high wash and rub fastness — and the cool bubble hand of BDD is unchanged. Test reports are available on request.
