One White Base — Any Pattern You Can Imagine
The fabrics in this series start as a clean white cool-touch knit engineered to be a printing canvas: a smooth, dimensionally stable face with the silky ice-silk hand our cooling fabrics are known for. The white base keeps printed colours bright and true, while the knit construction keeps the finished fabric breathable and cool against the skin.
We digitally print your artwork edge to edge — playful cartoon characters for kids’ mattresses and nap mats, snowflakes, florals, watercolour textures, or brand-exclusive geometrics. Because the process is digital, there are no screens or plates: small runs, seasonal refreshes and multi-design collections are all practical.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ for a printed design?
Digital printing needs no screens or plates, so per-design minimums are far lower than rotary printing. Send us your design count and quantities and we will confirm MOQ within 24 business hours.
Can you print our own cartoon characters or licensed artwork?
Yes. Supply print-ready files for artwork you hold the rights to and we will reproduce it faithfully and confidentially. If you need designs, our studio can adapt patterns from our open library.
Will the print wash out or reduce the cooling feel?
No. Dye-sublimation bonds the dye into the polyester fibre itself, giving high wash and rub fastness, and the cool-touch hand of the base fabric is preserved. Qmax test reports on printed fabric are available on request.
